Carrizo Springs Project

The Carrizo project is a twenty-four acre mixed use development containing both commercial/retail sites and residential apartments. The site will be developed in three stages with the first stage breaking ground in June of 2011.


Phase One
Seven retail pad sites of between .5 acres and 2.2 acres. Ninety-six unit apartment complex consisting of four buildings of twenty four apartments each. Infrastructure to include city water, city waste water, and grades.

Phase Two
Ninety-six unit apartment complex. Ground breaking TBD.

Phase Three
Ninety-six unit apartment complex. Ground breaking TBD.


APARTMENT COMPLEX DETAILS
Four three story buildings of 24,782 s.f. each. Total complex 97,128 s.f. Each building contains six one bedroom, twelve two bedroom and six three bedroom units. Complex totals are twenty-four one bedroom, forty-eight two bedroom and twenty-four three bedroom units.

PRICING
Pad sites are priced at $4.50 per s.f. Each 96 unit apartment complex is priced at $9,712,800.00 USD ($100.00 per s.f. turn key)
